Product Training

Product quality is very important to  Lamar, our goal is to deliver “the right product on time every time with one invoice, no rework, extra administration or credit notes”.

In order to achieve this we have re-engineered the way we operate, taking time to retrain our workforce and work with them to improve our procedures.

Any complaints received are actioned immediately, discussed with our production supervisors at weekly meetings and corrective actions put in place.

Our quality target is 99% right first time and our average performance is 99.8%.
